Mayor Chen Shaowang said that Dalian firmly implemented the decision and deployment of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on stabilizing the economic market. It has successively issued 47 policies and measures to help enterprises rescue and promote stable and healthy economic development, and 32 package policies and measures to stabilize the economy.
